Terms & Conditions

  • This pass grants admission to the event only. Food, beverages, and any additional activities or experiences are not included in the pass and will be chargeable separately unless expressly mentioned otherwise.

  • By entering the venue, the pass holder confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the Terms & Conditions mentioned herein.

  • Each pass is valid for one person only and cannot be shared or transferred.

  • Pass holders must present their pass at the entrance and carry it throughout the event. 

  • Children up to 5 years of age may enter free of charge. A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested at the entrance for age verification.

  • Professional cameras, SLR/DSLR cameras, and professional audio/video recording equipment are not permitted inside the venue.

  • Please note that this is a documented event. Photographs and videos captured during the event may feature attendees and may be used by the organisers, hosts, sponsors, or their partners for promotional, marketing, editorial, digital, print, social media, and other related purposes.

  • The organisers reserve the right to conduct security checks, including frisking, at the entrance or within the venue as deemed necessary.

  • Traditional attire is mandatory for entry into the dance arena. Guests not adhering to the prescribed dress requirement may be denied access to the dance arena.

  • Items that may pose a safety or security risk, including but not limited to weapons, firearms, knives, lighters, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, or other hazardous objects, are strictly prohibited. Possession or discovery of such items at any stage may result in immediate removal from the venue.

  • The hosts, organisers, sponsors, performers, and associated personnel shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, damage, theft, or loss of personal belongings or valuables incurred by any individual or group during the event.

  • Any dispute, claim, or matter arising in connection with the event or its organisers shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

  • The use, possession, or consumption of controlled or prohibited substances is strictly illegal and prohibited at the event. Anyone found consuming, possessing, or attending the event under the influence of such substances may be handed over to the local police authorities.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited within the event premises.

  • No locker or baggage storage facility will be available at the venue. Guests are advised to take responsibility for their personal belongings.

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.

  • The hosts and organisers reserve the right of admission, even for individuals holding a valid pass or ticket.

  • All ticket/pass purchases are final and non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or any change in the event schedule, subject to applicable law.

Pass Collection

  • Physical passes MUST be collected offline prior to the event. Pass collection date will be announced via digital means of communication.
